    Unable to view transaction history on XBOX.com account homepage


    I'm in a dispute with EA and they require a screencap of my XBOX account homepage, with transaction history. However, the transaction history section is stuck on a loading loop and never materialises. Let's get this clear - I
    am able to access my transactions via the Microsoft account info, but it's my XBOX site I apparently need.

    Why isn't it showing? I have seen this issue elsewhere so why hasn't it been resolved yet? I've tried on THREE different browsers. (IE, Chrome, Firefox)

    I've noticed this myself, not sure why it does that.

    You should be able to see all you billing history over at account.microsoft.com

    Hey Voiceless Cubes,

    Luckily I've answered this question enough to have it stuck in my head forever.

    You can easily visit your billing history by navigating on xbox.com to: My account (then under the Payment & Billing section) you can see: Billing History. Once you've clicked that you will require to be authenticated so you will be asked for your password
    to confirm that it is you entering the history. Once you've done that you can view your recent transactions on the 'home' tab or you can look in further into it via the 'transactions' tab.

    Can you validate if the transaction is visible on your order history?

    To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Order history to view your purchases.
