Unable to view my achievements or earn them

the problem started yesterday 12/29. I was playing lego marvel super heroes with my son and he was getting the achievements for completing the level and my account was not. I can no view my achievements on the Xbox one or on the website. Gives me and error
code on the xbox and says something went wrong. On the website I get "

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

Achievements, error codes, 0x87c40011, 0x87c47500

Yup. Been happening to me for 3 days now. Cannot view or earn achievements.

gamerscore reset

An Xbox LIVE player who obtains their gamerscore by cheating (or boosting) will:

•Find their gamerscore reset to zero.

•Be unable to regain all previously earned achievements.

•Be labeled as a “cheater” for the community to view.

Although players who are identified by these criteria will start from a zero gamerscore, they will still be able to gain achievements for future games. In other words, we give them another chance to earn future achievements by earning them as other “fair”
players do. The original gamerscore correction remains permanent without any way to appeal.

Same thing is happening to me, except even worse, because I signed into my account from my Xbox 360, which has been collecting dust for a couple of months since I got a One, and my gamerscore actually went down by almost 2000 points. This morning my profile
said 56098 and now it says 54628. I hope they get this sorted out soon.

Edit: <--- says 56098 (which is still wrong as I haven't gotten any achievements since Dec. 26th) but if I click on my profile at the top of the page it says 54628.

The achievements that didn't show up actually popped up the next day while I was playing. Right in the middle of playing a mission they just started popping up one after the other. Then I also seen that some of the achievements for this game are single play
only achievements and the only way to get those ones are to be the person to create the saved game... Pretty lame... Cause I let my son start the game and then I joined him as the second player.

Yes I am but I’m not sure what it’s got to do with my achievements as I have game pass ultimate and have plenty of games I’ve played off there and earned achievements for.

I can’t see any games or any achievements when I go to view them, normally on my console I go to view all my achievements on the game activity page and it shows me the hundreds of games I’ve played over the years with all my achievements but I cant do that right now it’s showing nothing and tells me to play games to earn achievements.
