Unable to view likes, shared content and game clips?

1) When I try to view shared content (from messages) it will say "Something went wrong."

2) If someone likes my game clip and I try to view which clip, it will say "Something went wrong."

3) I can't share clips

4) When I go to someone's profile or to a game hub and go to Captures, it says that there are no captures available.

Can someone please help me? I have been having these problems since the NXOE.

Cannot view shared content

Weird can you try this remove and re-add the profile to the console just to refresh the message box.

Settings - account - remove accounts - Bert MacGyver (or other profile)

Cannot view shared content

Cannot see any vids or pics that some friends send me in a private message. I also cannot view their capture via their profile. They are definitely seeing their captures and can't see any problems their end. Not sure if anyone else can see them though.

Do you mean shared content as in game captures, like clips or screenshots?

Hi,

i believe in order to get clips/pics on the official feed you need alot of views/likes and shares but not 100% sure

Well you may be playing a M rated game, but when you share that clip anyone can view it.

Thanks for the additional information. Let's try double checking all the settings related to sharing.

From Xbox One dashboard, open the 'Settings' menu from the Xbox One Guide
Select 'All Settings'
Select 'Account'
Select 'Privacy & Online Safety'
Select 'View Details & Customize'
Scroll right to, 'Others can see your game clips and screenshots' and check that this setting is not set to 'Blocked'
Scroll right to 'You can see and share content' and check that this setting is not set to 'Blocked'
Scroll right to 'You can share game clips and screenshots and check that this setting is not set to 'Blocked'

In those three areas, please make sure that you have the appropriate permissions to view content set for your friends, favorites, or no one.
