Unable to view achievements

I'm unable to view any achievements on my Xbox One, Smartglass or Windows 10 app.

I've done a Factory reset on my xbox one, deleted and re-downloaded the app but none of that has worked. I think the issue started when I update the region of my Xbox Live subscription from the UK to Hong Kong (where I now live)

What it says when I go to achievements

Smartglass - "Something went wrong when loading this section"

Windows 10 - "Something went wrong with loading this data. Invalid pointer"

Xbox One - "Cannot view achievements at this time. Please try again later"

Hi

For a while now I've been unable to see achievements on my xbox one. I can see then on xbox.com and on the smartglass app, but not on my console.

I still get the notification ping when I get an achievement but then I'm unable to hold to view. When I load the achievements for a game it says that there are no achievements. When I load the achievement app it says I've got, for example, 10 out of 0 achievements
for Among the Sleep, so it seems as though my xbox is unable to show/load any achievement

Hey Raglan!

Being able to see your achievements on Xbox.com and your Xbox app are both good signs. I'd recommend going ahead and

factory resetting your Xbox One console. Be sure to choose the option that allows you to keep your games and apps though! (Unless you really, really wanna re-download everything that is.) Hopefully, that refreshes things and your achievements show up on
console. As long as everything is showing up on the website though, you have the achievements unlocked which is good.

Strange. Did you redownload your profile? I would try that.

 

Yep, factory reset. Re-downloaded profile. Still can't view achievements on Xbox One, Windows 10 app or smartglass
