Unable to use xbox live features while running compatibility mode games.

when playing 360 games in compatibility mode on my XB1 I get in game messages that I need to be connected to XBOX Live whenever i attempt to use features like multiplayer, access cloud games, etc .

I am connected to XBOX Live according to the message I receive as the game loads and the main XB1 screen

Xbox 360 / One Cloud Saves for Silver Members

Hi

The xbox one backward compatibility is a big feature, you can even use your old Xbox 360 saves.

However the 360 requires a gold live membership to use the cloud whereas the One doesn't.

This doesn't make any sense as I am a silver Member but unable to use this feature.

Will this ever be changed or is there a solution?

The Xbox One is not backwards compatible which means that it won't run 360 disks.

The cost of Xbox live is the same.

The amount of interest towards which console is better is subjective.

The Xbox One offers a plethora of new features ranging ranging from graphical upgrades to having the ability of watching TV while you game.

The game is a dvd version I tried solving the game from running by using compatibility mode and also tried compatibility assistant on windows 11
