Unable to use redeemed voucher

Hi,

I redeemed a voucher I got for my xbox 360 and it went into my Microsoft account, but I can't add it to my payment options. I can only use my credit card to pay, so my voucher sits there, untouched and inaccessible. Please help

a friend send me a code for a voucher online am from uk but he got code in euros I redeemed it on website but am from uk how can I use voucher on my xbox

Can not use Money in my Microsoft Account.

I have been unable to use the money that I redeemed in a gift voucher of $65 AU. When I go into to store to buy something it does not show up as an option. It just tells me to add a payment option. Not only that, the payment option I did add does not show
up either! I think it is because my account's billing info on the xbox says that I am in the USA when really I am in Aus, Also, I am unable edit it on the xbox.

Are you trying to make the purchase on the console or the website? The website has not been updated to work with the new currency system yet, so you'd have to make the purchase on the console.

I'm having a hard time understanding the point you're trying to make. You say you redeemed a code on an Xbox One, so how did you do this if you don't have an Xbox? Are you talking about not having an Xbox Live account? If so,
then yes you do have an Xbox Live account. It's "shazzababy13", which you are using to post in these forums.

You will be able to make purchases from this website's marketplace, then recover this "shazzababy13" account onto an Xbox console at any time in future to download whatever you bought.

Best bet is to use digital voucher and redeem it to console. (example - purchase $50 dollar voucher, make sure settings are set to US locale, redeem voucher, download game)

You can then change your region back to UK and can still play the game. Any remaining credit you might have though will have disappeared as you will now be back in UK locate. If you were to go back to US locale, then the remaining credit will be there.
