Unable to use party after enforcement

In the end of December I got temporary enforcement suspensions with communications. I couldn't send messages or speak in party chat. After the enforcement was lifted I could send messages but no one could here me in party chat. I called costumer service
and together we did everything we could but nothing worked. My headsets all work, I'm not muted, and we noticed all accounts on my Xbox (1S) do not work in party chat, even though they had no suspension.

Please help

I have the same problem, and they say its a problem some unlucky ones have got and they are working to fix it.

Unable to use party chat

So I was recently suspended for a week for inappropriate use of communication. My suspension is over but I am still unable to use party chat. I can join parties, hear my friends, but my friends cant hear me. The problem is with my account because when I
signed onto another account I could be heard. So its like they didn't fully remove my suspension even though it is over. Please help me.

To be sure did you have the phone or chat team look into your console having a console suspension?

Could you describe in detail everything you have tried so far and post your Detailed network stats and NAT type so we can begin troubleshooting?

Hey, chendo1012! Sorry to see any frustrations, however there is nothing us in normal support can do to help you out. Generally speaking, it can take another 24 hours after your suspension ends before you have full functionality. If it hits more than that
after your suspension ends, and you're still having party issues, please let us know in a new detailed thread so that we can assist you further by getting you to the right people. Because we are unable to assist with Enforcement actions, this thread will be
locked. Thanks for understanding!

In addition to what Amber has posted, I feel that it's important to know that
Ambassadors are unable to assist with any type of enforcement action that may be needed. We are just volunteers, fellow gamers who like to help with general technical support questions. All enforcement actions are handled by the

Xbox Policy and Enforcement team who do not use these forums. You report to that team by using the report feature on the xbox. Thus... it would do no good to try and get an ambassador to join the party as they will not be able to do anything.
