Unable to use new gamertag

I changed my gamertag last week and was able to use it immediately after changing. However, once my wife signed into her account, I have not been able to sign in since. I keep receiving error message to verify age at live.xbox.com/ageverification but when
i click on "Confirm Age" I am taken to website
https://ipin.siren24.com/i-PIN/jsp/ipin2_j21.jsp which is in korean (i live in korea but as US Army) I have chatted with online support for over an hour restarting console, changing password, and clearing history etc to no avail. Was told by online help
to post here....please help, i just want to drink coffee and play Madden 15

No its not possible to use the same email on multiple accounts. You could of used the same password although no one would advise that as its not really a secure way of doing things.

This may sound silly, but would i have the same email and password set up for both gamertags, if not, would i have been able to use the same email for both tags and just different passwords ? I really cant understand why it will let me download only one
profile, thanks for you help so far.

 

I will pm Miss Quinzel from the official staff on your issue as this seems to be some serious problem as not only you are redirected to this korean site. Checked this here and got redirected there, too, which seems to be very suspicious.

 

Hey there, W0RLDwarX! This page is a registration page for the Korean age restrictions. Basically, you need to register so that they can confirm your age since the adult age is 21 there.

That being the case, where are you trying to access this page? Are you on base with military internet or off base with your own internet? This will help us figure out why you're running into the age wall for it.

Post back and we'll work on getting you up and running!

 

Update: I changed my profile info to United States (I'm using VPN in Korea). My billing address is still Korea, I didn't change it..and it seems to be working now. I'm able to login. Thanks for your support.

I'm having the same issue ( im also a soldier living in korea ) , but cant find a vpn to use to get around this for when i hit "confirm" for the age verification

 

Throat please send a private message to Misses Quinzel as she is aware of the problem. You can send her a message by clicking on the little envelope at the bottom of one of her posts.

 

I am having same issue here in Korea and I am using a VPN connected to the USA. The pop up window I get after clicking on "Verify Age" is all in Korean. I sent a private message to Misses Quinzel and I am waiting a reply.
