Unable to use Netflix

I am unable to use the Netflix app on my Xbox One today. When I select it, It says "You must be signed in to Xbox Live to use Netflix." with two option below to "Sign in to Xbox Live" or "Exit" Exit just closes the app while Sign in to Xbox Live lets me
choose my profile, but then takes me right back to the same previous screen. I have checked my internet connection. Netflix works just fine on my phone and Tivo. My Xbox Live Gold membership is up to date. I have signed out of my account and signed back in.
I have performed a hard reset on my console. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Netflix app. I'm not sure what else I can do. I looked around online and couldn't really find anyone else having a similar problem.

clearly this is a problem of billing and for that reason you should contact xbox live support because this issue can't be solved through forums!

 

Good to know someone else is having this problem. I think (hope) it's a temporary problem. My Netflix still works on my computer and phone just fine and xbox says they are having some issues with Live at the moment so I'm sure it'll work properly soon.

Sorry to see the Netflix trouble. To start things off, can you please try the following steps:

• Remove Profile From Xbox One
  
• Power Cycle Xbox One (Hold down power button for 8-10 seconds, until Xbox One powers down)
  
• Add Profile to Xbox One
• Start Netflix Back Up
