    Unable to use my xbox. Please help!


    The offline update won't update because we are part of the insider programme so it seems that I have have a more advanced system than the offline system so the xbox is stuck in bootloop as is trying to reform the xbox and so it crashes lol idk what to do. Please help.

    I have tried the Xbox Support site but they are not interested other than sending me to an xbox gamer or virtual assistant where both have zero help, we paid for the content but now are unable to play it, I can play it on my PC but my kids dont go on my
    PC they use the Xbox One X. So any help at all would be great please.
