Unable to use my Xbox One Game

Hello,

When i try and play one of my games (Assassins Creed Black Flag) it is a digital game i got. When i try and launch it it tells me that i need to be connected to Xbox Live for it to work. I have checked my Network, and there are no active Service alerts.
Also, i have played this game while it was offline before. I am not getting this at all. Please help!

Xbox Live down - Unable to stream locally

I will give you my configuration. I have my Xbox One wirelessly connected to my router, so when I select Go Offline, it disconnects from the router completely. and I am unable to use Play To from Media Player since the Xbox is no longer there.

XBOX ONE 100% Packet Loss

Why are we still getting 100% packet loss on xbox one and unable to stream games and play properly online games. Why do we pay an annual subscription if we are unable to use all the facilities.

kettlemoraine1, have you tried a hard reset? Hold down the Xbox power button for 10 seconds (while the Xbox is still on). The Xbox will turn off, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. You should see the green Xbox boot screen and then should get logged
on. A hard reset sometimes clears weird issues.

If you only have one Xbox One, I would also set it as the Home Xbox (this way regardless of signed in profile, you can play any downloaded gamed on your console):

support.xbox.com/.../my-home-xbox

My xbox one keeps saying i dont have a gold membership but when i enter a trial gold code it says i do have gold and to give the code to someone who does not.??? help?

Sorry to hear you are unable to connect to Xbox Live on your games. I would advise going through some Basic Troubleshooting steps shown on the "I've
connected my Xbox One to Xbox Live before, but I can't connect now" support article.

yeah Smwutches is correct with this. The game can only use the Xbox 360 camera on a Xbox 360. Playing the game on the one makes the achievement unable to get.

If you had an original Xbox 360, you may be able to use the credits for the Xbox Store. but on Xbox One, you will be unable to for Xbox 360 games.
