    Unable to use Minecraft since latest update on the PS4


    Hello.

    My son has recently updated Minecraft on the PS4 and is now unable to use any of his maps. He is given the error message 'You are almost out of storage space'.

    In order to make space, we had deleted many maps as well as removed many games from the console, freeing up a considerable amount of space. The problem still persists, however.

    We would like to know whether there is a solution on our end and whether Microsoft will be issuing a bug-fix any time soon. My son is rather upset about this.

    Greetings Matt,

    The first steps i would take are uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Then i would verify that you can sign into xbox live on minecraft.

    If those don't work please let me know so we can move forward.

    Hi @Daz300,

    Maybe try updating your pc to the latest update, update your graphics card to the latest driver update and redownloading the ps4 application (this also requires you to use a ps4 controller to allow it to work ) .

    Minecraft has been on Gamepass since 4 April. Doubt it will cause this issue now.
