Unable to use Minecraft add ons

Hello. Yesterday I realised that I could not use the Adventure Time Mash Up on Xbox Series S and it told me to download the add on free of charge. In Spring 2020, I purchased this product on my Nintendo Switch Minecraft and when I installed Minecraft when I got my Xbox, this add-on worked completely fine on their as well but now it is stuck 'redownloading' on 0% (still stuck there after nearly 24 hours). Yesterday I also purchased the Greek Mythology mash-up on my Nintendo Switch to play on my Xbox because I didn't want to put at least £10 in my Xbox wallet and on the switch you can add money individually for purchases. I was unaware of the issue with the adventure time mash up but on the switch the Greek Mythology mash-up , Adventure Time Mash Up and the Super Mario mash-up worked fine. It was only just this morning where on my Xbox it said that I had paid for the item but not installed it on the console. I pressed install and it has been on the same state for several hours. On the Nintendo E-Shop, it states that buying minecoins on the shop is 'safe and secure' but I have had several issues with Minecoins in 2019 when the character customiser came out and I waited several days for my minecoins to arrive in my account.

On 31st May 2022 I purchased the Greek Mythology mash-up for £5 on Nintendo Switch Bedrock Edition to avoid paying a lot of money for a digital item. (£5 is worth 990 minecoins)

In Spring 2020 i purchased the adventure time mash up on the same device and that was worth the same amount.

Therefore, I spent £10 on Minecraft add ons which I can no longer use which absolutely disgusts me.

I have looked at other people asking the same question on this website and all of the responses are automated messages from Microsoft staff directing people to the same website which solutions don't work and I had already tried all of them
