    OK, first I bought EA Access for 12 months, because I wanted to buy Skyrim Special Edition + Fallout 4 G.O.T.Y Bundle at the same time, so I bought 5,000 yen gift cards, 2,000 yen gift cards and 1,000 yen gift cards, totaling 8,000 yen. After buying EA Access,
    there were 4,998yen left, while Skyrim Special Edition + Fallout 4 G. The price of the.O.T.Y Bundle was 4093 yen, but when I bought the game, there was no option in the purchase option [buying with a gift card], only one option for credit card payment. I also
    tried to buy on the Xbox store, without the option of using gift cards or account balances. Why on earth did I waste so much time going out to the convenience store to recharge Microsoft's account balance? Is the 4998 yen useless? Please give me an explanation.

    You can use your Microsoft account balance if you make the purchase from a 360. The One store has never been updated to work with Microsoft account balance for 360 or original Xbox game purchases.

    Hello,

    You cannot use your Microsoft Account balance to purchase Xbox LIVE Gold. That balance can only be used on Xbox LIVE Game store transactions.

    Sorry to hear it. Please log in to https://account.microsoft.com and double check the balance is there. Also, make sure that your account and console are set to Japan otherwise the currency will not be available
    to use.

    To use your Microsoft balance You need to change your region to Japan, so You can spend Yen, If You don't change It, You can't spend yen which is in your Microsoft Balance.

    To use your Microsoft balance You need to change your region to Japan, so You can spend Yen, If You don't change It, You can't spend yen which is in your Microsoft Balance.

    This is due to the Microsoft balance (Microsoft store and Xbox one) and Xbox balance (which was used for 360 store) are 2 different systems in place that is why you cannot use Microsoft account balance to purchase the game. But if you had a gift card and
    redeemed it on the Xbox 360 console you would be allowed to use it on the 360 store.
