    Since yesterday, April 7, I have not been able to use my downloaded Microsoft game: Mahjong, Solitare, and Bingo. It says that I'm not sign in, but I am. When I go to my account, it shows that I'm signed in. When I access a game, a box appears saying that
    I'm not signed in. It shows the following in the box: 0xc00d(0xc1000c)

    What is wrong with the games?

    i'm having the same problem with all the microsoft games. I uninstalled bingo now I can't reinstall.

    Since yesterday, April 7, I am unable to play Microsoft Bingo. When I launch the game, it says that I'm not signed in. I am signed in.

    Hey Valen, sorry you're dealing with that, especially when you know you're already signed in. I can help you figure this out!

    Try completely closing the game and restarting your device. After that, open the game again and see if it lets you in. If not, try signing out of your Microsoft account and signing back in.

    Are you playing on Xbox or PC? The steps are a little different depending on the platform, so I can help more once I know.

    played one of these games yesterday and the other one literally an hour ago. And all the support page is going to say is to sign into the account that has bought it, which I have. So I have no clue what to do.
