Unable to use cloud saving on the xbox 360

Discus and support Unable to use cloud saving on the xbox 360 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've read about everything on error codes/how-to's on cloud saving.     Unable to use cloud saving on the xbox 360


    I've read about everything on error codes/how-to's on cloud saving. I do have xbox live gold so thats out of the question. So basically whats happening is:

    I don't have an option to move my game save(skate 3) to the cloud. I do have it enabled as well. I've started the game to see if I even have an option to select cloud saves and I didn't. So I'm out of ideas now. I've redownloaded my profile. I've restarted
    my console. Nothing has worked.

    Hi ,

    What option does it give you when you are trying to moved the saved game to the cloud? It should bring up all the available storage options with one of them being the Cloud since you say you have it enabled.

    You have to move the data from your storage settings and not the in-game settings. Step 2 on the following article explains how to move existing saved data from your hard drive to the cloud storage:

    I did enable it and when I go to "Storage Devices" I can see my "Hard Drive" the "Memory Unit" and "Cloud Saved Games" with 2.0 GB free. When I click on Cloud Saved Games it says "No items found." which i'm pretty sure that's due to me not moving anything
    yet. When I go to "Hard Drive" and scroll down until I see "skate 3" and click into the skate 3 game saves, when I attempt to move a save(that belongs to the profile im signed into) I have no choice to move it to anything but "Memory Unit" when I should be
    seeing "Cloud Saved Games".

    Hello Spoezy,

    We understand that you're inquiring about the cloud saves feature on an Xbox 360 console.

    Specifically, this is in regards to transferring or about how to transfer saved game data that is currently on an external hard drive to the cloud storage.

    This unfortunately, cannot be performed as the cloud saves are an automatic save created from the point that you first start the game while also being connected to the internet and having an Xbox Live membership.

    We would suggest to attempt having these two items present when launching the game, get to a fair checkpoint, and quit the game while saving to the external hard drive.

    Remove the external memory from the console and start the game once again to attempt forcing the recognition of the cloud save.

    Try this and let us know if this works.

    cloud saved games

    I'm trying to delete the cloud saves but I'm not seeing a delete saves from everywhere option. The only save data I have is reserved space. I've previously tried deleting that but it doesnt delete the cloud save only the local reserved space.

    Edit: accessed the cloud save through a different xbox 360 i had laying around. When trying to delete the cloud save i got a message saying unable to perform action because the item is being used by another xbox
