Unable to use any Xbox Live feature

Hi, This is the first post ever i am writing in xbox forums, i hope ill get a good response. Hope you all are doing good.

Let me start, Since i the last update i this morning i am unable to play games online on my xbox one console, moreover i am unable to use any of the feature like I cannot even access to marketplace as it gives error "Content not available" or if i go to
my profile it says "try again later". I am only able to see the friends online and playing games. I tried every game i have and i cannot play online, one of the game keeps asking to reconnect and the other one GTA 5 doesnt go online.

I contacted xbox live support, they ask me to remove the account from the console, so did I, when there was no account in console i was able to access marketplace and other like music and apps, but when i downloaded my profile back, DUH! I cant do anything.
That is making me really annoyed as i am getting no good response from xbox live. I have been trying to contact their customer support since last 2 hours but no luck yet.

Help me out here, what should i do? Did a reset as well and it didnt worked.

Yes, you would need two xbox live accounts, guest accounts are unable to use xbox live features.
