    Can you please post the 8 digit error code that you receive when trying to use the code on the console?

    If you get a message saying that it is a wrong code then you could be entering it wrong. Sometimes 8 can be mistaken for B or 0 for O.

    It would be best to contact Xbox support, as we’re unable to access accounts or issue refunds here on the forum.

    If you’re unable to redeem one of the codes because it incorrectly states it has already been redeemed then contact the retailer, in this case Amazon.

    Hopefully this issue is resolved soon for you!

    Be sure to scratch off the entire card, as the both codes are on one card. If you completely scratch off the card and confirm there are no codes on the card, the next step will be to contact Amazon to explain the issue and request an exchange. Unfortunately
    we are unable to replace codes that are included in Xbox One console bundles.

    If you are sure you didn’t already redeem the code yourself under a different Microsoft account then either contact Amazon and if they are unable to help, contact Xbox Support.
