Unable to use a downloaded game with another profile

Hi there,

So my son bought and downloaded South Park TSOT on his console, now as he his visiting me, he downloaded his profile on my console and then downloaded the game on my console too.

Now as both his profile and the game are stored on my console, I logically should be able to play it with my profile but this not possible as an error message is displayed (impossible to start South Park TSOT), obviously it works with my son's profile but
none of the others are allowed to start the game.

Is this a normal situation?

Unable to Launch Portal 2

I downloaded Portal 2 yesterday onto my Xbox, and I'm unable to launch it on my main profile. However, if I launch it on another profile, it works fine.

This is a problem, as I'm wanting to play the Co-Op, however I'm unable to if I have to log in on another profile that doesn't have Gold.

 

Unable to join Xbox Live

I have recently purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 beta, and was given a "unique gamer tag" of . I have since added that gamer tag to my Xbox 360, however, I am unable to get him to be an Xbox live member as it tells me the email address is
associated with another profile. How is that possible? And why doesn't it let me correct it? The email I used to "register" to Xbox is my main email address. Since Carsen Gray is using an alternate address, I don't understand how my main email
address can be "in use by another profile" How do I fix this? The only solution Xbox gives me is to use another profile. I don't have another profile.

 

This is because the game was not originally downloaded to your console. Either your son will need to be logged in in order for you to access and play the full game or he'll need to do a license transfer to your console and redownload the game (no need to
delete it first) from his download history.
