Unable to us DLC in Kingdoms of Alumar: Reckoning

I purchased and downloaded Kingdoms of Alumar: Reckoning and also purchased the Finesse pack with the game. When I went to find the DLC in the game, it was not available.

I have researched and tried many different methods in an attempt to get the content to appear, including deleting all content, clearing cache, and reinstalling. However, nothing I do is working.

I've spent enough time trying to troubleshoot the issue and would just like to have the small purchase of just the DLC Finesse pack refunded.

Fable has a sense of humor. And more..Kingdom's of Alumar ish. Elderscrolls is more of an old school pc style
