    Unable to upload screenshots to one drive from my Xbox series X


    Hello everyone! I’ve been having this issue for the last 2 months. it was working perfectly fine but after the February update I was unable to upload my screenshots to one drive app from my console but when I try to upload a photo from my phone to one drive it works fine. I can upload videos without any issue it’s only the screenshots that I can’t upload. Solutions I’ve tried 1 - sign out / sign back in 2 - Reinstall the app 3 - re synced my library from my phone Please help me out. I really need to move my screenshots from my hdd to my new ssd

    I'm having an issue with uploading screenshots. I created a screenshot on XBox One and when I go to upload to one drive it says uploading but then it doesn't show up in my recent captures nor does it upload to one drive. I just get a message saying cant upload to xbox networking.

    Hi,

    Your drive will work the same on Series X as it does on Xbox One and you won't need to format it.

    However, Series X games or Xbox One games with Series X enhancements will not run from that drive and will either need to be installed internally or to an external SSD designed for Series X/S.

    Your hard drive will be too slow for Series X games. They can be stored there, but not run from there.

    1. Screenshots & videos can still be accessed on the Series X|S so long as they have been uploaded to Xbox Live.

    2. Clubs are still accessible and manageable on the Xbox Series X|S

    3. Yes, you can play with friends who use the Xbox One if you use the Series X|S

    4. Yes achievements transfer as they are on your account.

    Screenshots and clips are uploaded on the Xbox network, but if you saved ones to an external hard drive, disconnect that drive.

    If you want to export the clips and screenshots from the Xbox network you can do it using the Xbox console companion app on PC

    Or the Xbox mobile app
