    Unable to update


    So there is a new update available for me on December 21, when I attempted to update it would load to about 80% and then tell me I can't download the rest. Is anybody else having trouble downloading the new update? I am not able to run games off-line either
    my only option is to update my Xbox and my Xbox is nonfunctional

    Firmware update for the astro A40 A50 mix amp

    Just as a note to this, I believe you need the 2013+ Mix Amp.

    Older versions you are unable to update the firmware on (at least that is what I was told)

    The same thing is happening to me. Unable to update :p I think it is just xbox live having problems, not your internet or system.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having a issue trying to install a game update. Which console do you currently own? The XBOX 360 Slim E 4GB, XBOX 360 Slim E 250GB, Original XBOX360 arcade or elite?

    -

    Have you gone to Settings > Storage or Memory depending on console > Games > Halo 4 > Any corrupt content? If so please delete it. Have you tried powering off the console and removing the hard drive? If not, please do so and then reconnect the hard drive
    and try the update. If that fails and you have a USB storage device, configure it to the console by plugging it into one of the ports on the front and see if the update will download on the USB device, without the hard drive connected. Check out
