Unable to Update Xbox Preview Dashboard

I and one of my friends registered yesterday 3/23/16 for Xbox one Preview and today we started the app and it needed an update. Both of our Xboxs keep saying that something went wrong with the update and I am unable to fix it on my end. Microsoft please
look at the update.

P.s. My internet connection is working and there is nothing wrong with my xbox.

Frozen Black screen

So im a preview member and currently have the new dashboard update. However, I turned on my xbox to end up being stuck on a black screen. There is no way I am able to access the dashboard at all and am unable to do anything. I have done all the troubleshoot
problems but it is still not working. Dont know if ot has anything to do woth the dashboard update.

How to pin in the new Xbox One Preview Update

I have been an Xbox Preview customer. I am looking for the Xbox dashboard update. I cannot see it on the website provided from the support team Xbox update preview FAQ. I am trying to update all of my achievements and dashboards.

What is the next update & Version for Preview Members Available or Xbox Preview Dashboard Updated after the 27/04/2016 Version th2_xbox_rel_1603.160420-1900 was successfully updated on my Xbox One Console. Are the Updates for Xbox Preview Dashboard Updates
for all Registered Preview Members Automatically installed every month or 2 months.

are you by any chance in the xbox preview program ? I also noticed my dashboard changed from the xbox preview dashboard back to the normal one after the update

In previous dashboard previews putting the hard drive from a console that was registered for the preview into a console that hadn't been registered for the preview would render the console unable to use the live service until the final release of the dashboard.
Maybe this is the issue here.

The only people that have dashboard updates, are part of the Xbox Insider Preview program. These dashboards are experimental.
