Unable to update XBOX 360 firmware, Account, nor Halo Waypoint

I can login on to XBOX Live fine on my XBOX 360 (Gold account). I just can't update anything on it. This condition has happened recently (last week or so), but doesn't stop me playing Halo 3 or 4.

Controller Guide Button > Settings > Account Management >

"This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. Status code: 8015000a-00b96084-1ed9e66e"

XBOX Home Screen > many grey, empty image windows with captions like "From $599", "GTA Sale", "Experience the ultimate street soccer" - Images gone.

XBOX Social Screen > Avatar Store > "Sorry, the XBOX Avatar Store isn't available right now. Please check back later."

Halo 4 CD Insert > Start > Hard drive > Halo 'Waypoint' menu > "Download Update" Screen: OK >

"Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to
www.xbox.com/errorhelp. Status code: 8007045D"

OK, so this all sounds like a major outage. But there are none detailed on XBOX's status page.

OR... it could be an account problem. Gold membership is all good. Let's do some troubleshooting.

Did everything that was applicable here. Everything. To the letter. No joy - no automatic d/l via XBOX Live, no USB update happened after d/ling and inserting/restarting. After re-loading my cloud profile to my XBOX I lost items I'd purchased from XBOX marketplace
and my Avatar picture, and can't see 'View Rep' nor 'Account Security' in my profile - error, status code 8015000a for both.

What gives?

Halo

I think Halo Waypoint will continue to exist for Xbox 360 and the Halo Channel is like Halo Waypoint for Xbox One.

Edit: Although it might be a better idea to just stop Halo Waypoint and release a Halo Channel app for the 360 aswell.

OK, narrowed down the problem (I think) to a firewall problem. To get open NAT connection I've port forwarded 3074 and 8602, inbound and outbound, for both TCP and UDP. My XBOX Live connection's still fine, but it looks like I need a couple more ports open
to get downloads and images. Anyone know what those ports are?

 

You might have better luck in 02 - Connecting to Xbox Live on Xbox 360 they deal with First time connecting to Live, connection issues, NAT errors and more.
