Unable to update games.

Hi. For the last few days, I have been unable to update a number of my games (Overwatch, Smite, Ark, etc.). Because of this, the games are unplayable and makes it kind of discouraging to think about buying upcoming new games in fear that I may be met with the
same result. I have tried a number of different things to try and resolve the issue:

-Hard restart, cleared cache, made sure there was hard drive space, made sure system update was up to date, and tested connection.

After testing the connection, the Xbox told me that it was a problem on their end. But the strange part is that: Xbox store seems to work. Party chat is working. The Website shows no issue. And one of my friends is experiencing the same problem but all the
others have no problems.

I'm kind of at a loss for where to go from here. Any advice would be great.

Unable to download game updates

This is happening to me too, it is so frustrating! I'm also getting signed out of xbox live ever 3-5 god damn minutes (Unless im playing a multiplayer mode.) This is just so annoying. uhg.

 

Unable to update games (Titanfall)

I'm sorry to hear your having this issue, here's some things to try out before considering the offline update.

Titanfall Disc troubleshooting

-If you have the game on disc, try uninstalling the game, eject the disc, disconnect from the internet. Powercycle by pressing and holding the power button on the console for 10 sec. Attempt to reinstall the game offline. Once finished, reconnect to Xbox
Live and launch the game. It will tell you that an update is required, start the update.

Titanfall downloaded from market place troubleshooting

- uninstall the game, reset your console by pressing and holding the power button for 10 sec. reinstall Titanfall.

If none of the above works, then we can try to perform a factory reset on your xbox because there could be corrupted data for Titanfall.

Hmm. I'm about to throw a bunch of questions at you so hold on to your seat.

What specifically happens when you try to update your games? Are you able to update any games or is this affecting all games? If it's only specific ones, can you list them all for me please? Is your Xbox One console in "Instant On" or "Energy Saver" mode? And
are your games on the internal hard drive or an external hard drive?

I can see that you mention you've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps already, which is good. Have you tried uninstalling a game and reinstalling to see if you're able to update the game then? I recognize that is not an ideal situation however it is worth
trying. If that doesn't work, the next thing I'd recommend you try is a >>factory reset<< of your console while
keeping your games and apps.
