    Unable to update ANY game


    Trying to update forza horizon 4, aswell as fortnite or roblox on my kids xbox one s.

    says installation stopped with error code 0x87e00005

    have tried full reset and un plug

    delete game re install and try update again

    clear cache

    try offline

    no system updates

    plenty of space on hd

    took disc out

    cleared local saved games

    internet connection is fine

    tried personal hotspot

    is my last resort a full factory reset and install everything again?

    please help! Kids crying!

    I have the same hub. But tried using my phone hotspot, also three, and it works.

    So its a problem with the B535...

    Mines the b900 home hub.

    dont understand why it wont let it download anything. Its connected fine and shows as being connected with no problems???

    Wireless. Tried personal hotspot through phone and through my 3 home hub

    it says connection is fine?
