    Unable to unregister my console from the insider program.


    My console is locked to the insider program as the two other possible users that were using this xbox are no longer living with me. I am unable to get in contact with them and it is telling me to log in as them and I no longer have access to their account. Is there anyone who can force my console to unregister so I can register under Delta?

    Xbox one selections jump too many places.

    Youu would know if you were an Insider, as you have to sign up through Xbox Insider Hub app. Unless you bought a pre owned console, that the last owner didn't unregister from the program.

    I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

    preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program

    I have tried to unregister from this preview program as my console was replaced and I didn't register the replacement. I am still getting preview software and support advises that I am still on the program even though I unregistered from the console. The
    surround sound functions in the console are completely broken and have been for several weeks. Can you please get me off of this program and advise how I can get the console back on released firmware?

    High Latency Issues

    Issue should be fixed with the current build you can manually download at settings / system if it has not been downloaded automatically yet.

    To unregister your console from the preview program pse use the preview dashboard app, go to registration and charge the status there. You will be unregistered from the preview program after the current wave then.
