Unable to Unlock Xbox 360 Achievements due to Enforcement Actions that are unable to be viewed

Hi, I'm inquired about a previous suspension(s) that I have received that forced my Xbox account to be locked from getting Xbox 360 achievements. I have previously contacted an agent about this but the enforcement page does not show any previous suspensions, I have seen a email from 4 years ago about an enforcement action yet none appear on my page? I have attached my screenshots of the enforcement page along with the email, is there any way to get this resolved?

Yes as you can only inquire about enforcement within a year

Anything older then that would be too old

Sounds like you were given a gamerscore reset for unlocking xbox 360 achievements illegitimately.

As mentioned,you would of had to appealed it within a year but gamerscore resets are never reversed & mean that you can't unlock any reset achievements on that account again.

active enforcement action but a 24-hour enforcement action is not eligible for case review.
