Unable to unlock two specific achievements in two different games!

Im unable to unlock the "return to sender" achievement in minecraft

and the "halo 3 skulltaker:cowbell" achievement in the master chief collection.

I tried to contact support through the chat function but i was referred by Vin to post about it on here

i am able to unlock other achievements on the master chief collection as well! just for some reason i cant get the skull one!

Define Allusion

Their both two different platform games. Just like saying unlocking achievements on the Xbox 360 against unlocking the achievements on the Xbox One. You have to pretty much redo it For one or the other. Same with downloads, their pretty much two different
things. (Download wise.)

It as now been over 24 hours after getting two achievements in Minecraft, and I'm still unable to unlock "earn any achievement in any one of our top 10 favorite games" in the reward app on Xbox.
