Unable to unlock Achievements

I say "achievements", on PSN they're "trophies", my bad.

Just because your friend says it's true doesn't make it so.

You will not ever get your gamerscore back not matter what you do.You can fight this for 100 years,you wont get it back.

 

I won't be wasting time. I've seen my friend [Mod removed] . But still, I'm getting my GS back, I don't care how long it takes.

 

Hey there Pranks, Daze, Daft and Hyrule are correct. Here is more information about Gamerscore Resets at this link. I know it sucks. Attempting to put them back on or use the modding practices you spoke about will get you into more trouble. It's unfortunate
but the reasons behind the reset are inconsequential to the fact that you account has been manipulated and there isn't a way to restore it to pre-manipulated regardless of who is at fault or the circumstances surrounding it.

Two things to note from that article -

What are Gamerscore corrections?
Gamerscore and achievement corrections occur on a player’s Xbox Live account when they gain achievements or other awards through the manipulation of an Xbox profile using external or unauthorized tools and/or hardware.
When a Gamerscore correction occurs the player’s Gamerscore is reset and previously-earned achievements remain unobtainable.

What sort of enforcement can I expect for Gamerscore tampering?
Gamerscore cheating will result in a reset of the account’s Gamerscore, and depending on the circumstances and severity of the violation
may be accompanied by a temporary or permanent account suspension. Under certain circumstances, a Gamerscore correction may be limited to achievements earned on a particular platform. Egregious or repeated Gamerscore
violations may lead to a device ban.

I never said that I did it myself, so I have no idea why you're making stupid accusations.

Anyway, I will contact Microsoft constantly until this issue is resolved and my gamerscore is put back, I'd go on for a year, two years, ten years and even more just to get it back, I'm not having Microsoft banning me from unlocking achievements for such
a ridiculous circumstance.

 

Read that again, Pranks. While he did miss a letter "R" in there, he did not specifically blame you for anything. Here's the last line he wrote before quoting from the article (with the missing letter restored):

You can contact Microsoft as much as you want, but they have no way to verify if you knew the lobby was modded or not. All they know is that the achievements were modded and that's against the rules.

 

Understood Pranks, not accusing you at all. You spoke about modding being a possible solution (and yes, I know you didn't say you were going to) so for the benefit of anyone who may have read that I wanted to point it out.

I never said that modding would be a solution to this problem, you may need to read it all again since you cannot get what I said.

 

And therein lies the problem, Pranks. You don't care. You expect that a company as large as Microsoft can simply take your word on what happened with no way to verify if you are telling the truth or not. Anybody in that lobby, including the people that actually
modded it, can come forth and say that they had no knowledge of it being modded. But because you believe that you are somehow special, you should get your achievements back, despite the fact that you acknowledge that their reasoning makes sense. Should then
everyone else in that lobby that claims no knowledge be given a free pass even if they cannot prove it? Does that include the people that modded the lobby? How can you prove that they modded it or did so intentionally? You cannot, but you can prove that it
was modded. As any cop will tell you, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. It doesn't matter that you were unaware that you were breaking a rule much like it wouldn't matter to a cop that you were unaware that you were riding in a stolen car or trespassing
on private property where a party was being held illegally. Whether you care or not, the rule was violated and Microsoft's Policy Enforcement Team did their job and enforced the policy by resetting the Gamerscore of the people who participated.

You're entirely wrong about my opinion on things here. I do not think I'm quote on quote "special" or any exception, Microsoft is such a huge company yet they struggle to determine how players have obtained achievements, surely a company this big would've
already implemented some sort of solution to detect and find how the players really obtained the Achievements or any modded items in general. Like I said, Microsoft are literally just acting closed minded. I'm using other means to get my achievements back
that I'd rather not share with anyone, but I will say that it DOESN'T include modding.

It's like someone vandalizing something, yet there were three people that they suspect did it, they won't arrest anyone (usually) until they find who did it, and in this case, Microsoft shouldn't restrict achievements if they have no idea how the player
obtained them. What I'm saying makes perfect sense and is actually fairly logical.

Like I also said, this IS getting sorted. Getting blamed for something you had absolutely no control over is ridiculous. Next Microsoft will be banning people for "modding" despite the fact they know who the modder is and don't ban the actual modder.
