Unable to unlock Achievements

After posting on the forums twice, I found out that I do not have an achievement suspension or any kind of suspension currently active for that matter, however, I am still unable to unlock any achievements for any of my games no matter what
I do. A while back a modder/cheater on Black Ops 2 awarded me with every achievement for every game that I have ever owned, at the time I didn't know what was happening, so I thought I'd just wait it out and see what it would end like, after realizing my achievements
were all unlocked, I completely disliked that, and I know that requesting a gamerscore reset probably wouldn't have worked. After a month or two I got my achievements for Xbox 360 reset, I was quite happy at the time, but after my achievements got reset, I
am unable to unlock any achievements at all, and some modded achievements the modder/cheater gave me still exist, so I think the achievement/gamerscore reset didn't work as planned. I wouldn't mind all of my Xbox 360 achievements being reset again, and if
that is possible, please do, but if not, this issue really needs to be resolved, as it is stopping be from gaining gamerscore, and that's something I've always liked to do. Can any member of staff help me out with this issue please? Gamertag: The Pranks .

That is definitely odd that this issue only seems to occur with one profile in particular. Just so that we are on the same page, you are able to unlock achievements on a different profile on the same console? Does your Xbox 360 console have an official Microsoft
hard drive inserted into the console?

 

When a gamescore reset is issued from the enforcement team for modded achievements that prevents you to re earn previous achievements.

This decision is not taken lightly and resets only modified achievements.

 

I can understand that, but what they need to understand is that there are so many cheaters/modders on Xbox LIVE, and it was nowhere near my fault that I obtained and acquired these Achievements. I'm being punished for something that I had absolutely no control
over. I hope an Enforcement Member replies to this, this is just stupid.

 

No one from the enforcement team reads these forums.

It's unfortunate but modded achievements of any kind is not tolerated so you will not get your Gamerscore back & will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account.

All 360 achievements are reset,not just the modded ones.

Your only option is to start a new account if you want to unlock those achievements again.

I know, and of course it's not tolerated, I'm completely against it, and I have never personally cheated the entire time I've been on Xbox LIVE for. I will get this sorted and resolved my way, it's just unacceptable how they can't assume who the cheater
is, the person who owns the profile, or another play who used an external source to give the other play achievements, it's like a modder/cheater hosting a modded lobby, but since they can't determine the host, they just ban everyone that was in the lobby,
even if they know some of the other players couldn't control what was happening. I can understand that Microsoft lack the intelligence to do things like this, but it's simply hilarious and stupid.

 

Of course, to play "Devil's Advocate" they can't really tell for sure who knew and who didn't. So they choose to error on the side of caution, so to speak, and assume that everybody was aware of what was happening. It sucks, but that's they way it is, unfortunately.

 

The Enforcement team acts to protect the interests of all players that use the live service.When a player unfairly unlocks an achievement using unauthorized software , it’s unfair to the player who unlocked the achievement through effort. It’s not safe,
because manipulating a profile with unauthorized software and uploading it back onto Xbox Live risks the integrity and security of the service.

^^ That's the point,the op didn't do anything wrong & I can see their point but the enforcement team will not reverse their decision.Gamerscore resets are final & there is no way to give you back your Gamerscore minus the modded ones.

While you were playing on xbox live it's the games developers who are ultimately responsible for preventing modders in their games & it's well known that the developers of the COD games don't really care or bother to do anything.

Sorry it's not what you wanted to hear but there's nothing that can be done.

 

HyruleBalverine, I do agree with you, but Microsoft just don't take enough time to look into how them profile got those achievements in the first place. If Microsoft actually accessed the game the player was playing, they would easily find out who it was
and not have to ban the innocent player.

 

M3tal Daze, you see, I wasn't the one that unlocked those achievements, it was modder/cheater on a game of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

 

Daft Badger, I didn't have my entire gamerscore reset, only my Xbox 360 achievements, not Xbox ONE achievements, but of course they know you cannot modify Xbox ONE achievements yet anyway, so maybe that's irrelevant.

Yes, you're correct, however, I do know a lot about modding despite not being a modder myself. [Mod removed]

 

Sorry but a lot of what you just posted are myths & not true,trust me,i know.

I did say only your 360 achievements are reset.

Sony work in a similar way only they ban the account outright,they don't give you a 2nd chance.

No matter who modded the achievements they will not let an account have a modded Gamerscore under any circumstances so there really is nothing you can do.

About the modding part? That's all true, I have a friend that mods.

They do, but they look more deeply into it, that's what happened to me, they just restored my achievements from a previous backup and didn't ban me from achievements at all, that's what Microsoft need to do, instead of them just being closed minded and banning
every account that gets this.

I know, but like I said, I'm not having this, and I will continue to try to get it back for the next 1 - 4 years if I have to, not even a joke.
