Unable to unlock achievements on my xbox live account

Hello, gamertag is

My gamerscore appears to be locked at 3810G,

and I am unable to unlock achievements on my account

which I've bought numerous games

Xbox One achievements not unlocking but 360 achievements are

Xbox One achievements do not unlock but 360 achievements do on backwards compatible games. I have tried deleting my account, restarting my console, and redownloading my account. I have contacted the Microsoft chat and tried every solution that they offered.
They have since documented the case and suggested I post my problem here. I have been unable to unlock achievements for Xbox One games for about 2 weeks.

Reset my gamerscore

hi i would like my Gamerscore to be reset as i am unable to unlock achievements in my games. and also sometimes achievements unlock when i havn't met the criteria

Talk to Xbox Support, they may help You with your problem. This is very weird, many people are having the same problem as You.

Hi, sorry to hear that's happening. I know there have been a few issues relating to achievements recently which have affected multiple users. I'd recommend trying the steps listed in this guide: Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!! (note
that you should only try removing/adding your profile if you know the email/password associated with your account). If the steps in that guide don't work, perhaps consider contact Xbox Support at the following link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

Since at least, November 1st, 2019. None of my Xbox Live enabled games have been working. I have been unable to unlock achievements in the games but none are posting to Xbox Live. All the games are showing as logged in but nothing syncing to my profile.

I have unlocked achievements on Xbox One without issue. As for my Windows Phone, the last achievement I had unlocked was around October 23rd.

The Xbox Live Rewards team is unable to assist in achievement unlocking issues. You will need to post in the achievements forum OR the individual forums for the titles you are having issues with.
