Unable to unlock achievements in any game - XBOX ONE.

Hello,

I last unlocked an achievement in Plague Inc. Evolved on the 6th of February. Since then, I have been unable to unlock any achievements for any games on the One, excluding two achievements in Polychromatic. That isn't for lack of trying, as I have completed
the requirements for between 30-40 achievements in Plague Inc since then, and have also started a few new games to see if the problem persisted, which it did.

To try and remedy the situation, I first deleted and reinstalled Plague Inc, but was still unable to unlock anything. I then did a hard reset on the console, nothing. I finally attempted to remove and reinstall my gamertag onto the Xbox One, but am still
unable to unlock anything. My partner tried to unlock some achievements in a different game using her gamertag, yet still on the same console, to no avail.

To clarify, this is not the "Done! Unlocking..." issue where it is noticeably unlocked yet not adding to your gamerscore, it is locked as if the requirements were never met. A few other my friends have had a similar issue, for example one can unlock achievements
in Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, but is unable to unlock anything in the Telltale games.

I have been sent here from an advisor at Xbox Support Chat, and would appreciate a prompt reply, hopefully not telling me to wait 72 hours, as it has been nearly 240!

Unable to unlock achievements on Resident Evil 5.

Im unable to unlock achievements in Resident Evil 5, but all other games work fine. Any advice?

Your Upload speed is a bit low and may be a cause for some trouble. Since this began have you tried a reset of your network? Power off your Xbox One and unplug your network hardware for 30 seconds and reconnect. Once you reconnect check our your network
speeds for an increase.
