    Unable to transfer my save to OneDrive


    Hi,

    I want to transfer my game's saved file to the cloud in case I lost it for any other purpose, and I have been trying to make myself familiarized with the interface. When my Xbox One is connected to Xbox Live, I click on that "OneDrive" tab after I was done
    installing OneDrive. I could not find any way to transfer my saves to there! When I open this program, it shows "Recent," "Albums" and "Shared." On its interface, I could not see any other options where I would be able to transfer my save to the cloud. How
    should I do so that I can find options allowing me to transfer my file?

    Is it possible to transfer my Xbox360 100% completion game save to my Xbox One? Can anyone give me it through OneDrive or something? Or is there somewhere I could find a save?

    I'm planning on getting an xbox x so I want to save my data and saves from my xbox one on some kind of online storage but I can't seem to find anything. I have onedrive but I can't seem to find a way to transfer anything to it.

    Game saves are automatically saved on the Cloud so there will be no chance of you losing them.

    If it's atomatically saved on the cloud, why couldn't I find my save on the Cloud when I check MyCloud? I mean, shouldn't there be a file with the name of the game I saved on Cloud so that I can re-open it whenever I am playing my friends' Xbox Ones connected
    to my Xbox Live account?

    It's all automatic. You can't see them to prevent accidental deletion. If you load up your game on your friends console then it will do a quick sync and then have access to your data.

    Does my Xbox remove clips, saves, screenshots, accounts etc. when I press ‘Reset and keep my games & apps’?

    I did it 3 months ago and my clips were saved (both offline and online). I was worried I would lose them but I didnt. You could upload to OneDrive or maybe transfer over to a hard drive if worried

    I too am seeking a refund. I have tried, literally, for OVER A YEAR to use my OneDrive to save data, and it keeps asking me for Administrator mermission??? I have been unable to save my 120Gigs of data (on a 1 terabyte plan). I have spent many many weeks searching for customer service, with at least 30 different Microsoft "customer service" numbers online - all of which eventually say after complex phone trees - that the service is now "online"!

    HOW DO I CONTACT A HUMAN AT MICROSOFT TO 1. GET MY REIMBURSEMENT; 2. TECH SUPPORT TO ACTUALLY SAVE MY FILES ON THE ONEDRIVE CLOUD.

    Please help.
