    Unable to talk to people after receiving a ban.


    On 10/4/2015 6:58:48 PM (UTC) I received communications ban which lasted one week. After that, everything was fine. I could talk to friends, play online - no problem!

    But then on 10/18/2015 8:13:30 PM (UTC) I received an Account Tampering ban for modding gamerscore (I know, silly thing to do...). Anyway, it was a temporary ban which lasted 2 weeks. I patiently waited 2 weeks and alas my account was fixed. I was able to
    talk to friends and play online on my Xbox 360, and the same for my Xbox One.

    However, after about 5 minutes of being in a party chat on Xbox One my mic cut out. I could hear people, but they couldn't hear me (the chat indicator showed that my mic was detected).

    After this I checked to see if I was banned - which I wasn't. Then I checked if I could speak to people on my second account - which I could. Finally, I went back on my Xbox 360 and found that I could speak fine using my main account.

    So to summarise, I can hear people but people can't hear me on my Xbox One. I can talk fine on my second account on my Xbox One. Party Chat works perfectly with my main account on my Xbox 360.

    Which means that there is a problem with my account on Xbox One.

    I have spoken to Xbox Support Chat who said that I should wait a day or so. Which I have done to no avail. They then said to change my privacy settings, hard reset my console, clear system cache, etc, etc.

    After 3 days I rung Xbox Support who simply said "It is a known issue at this present moment in time. It should be fixed next week or so.."

    This is NOT convenient as:

    1) It is adding multiple days to my already long enough ban.

    2) Black Ops III is coming out soon which I want to use my main account and speak to friends at the same time on.

    Thanks for reading this far. If you have had the same problem or have any suggestions, I am very happy to hear some.

    Can't communicate after suspension

    so after being suspended for 2nweeks after inappropriate language which I know is my own fault I'm still unable to send messages and talk in parties my ban was lifted two weeks ago but still can't communicate please help

    im perm ban for no reason

    im unable to send message or to talk or hear people in party it say that i don't have a communication ban but act like i have one my gt is i would like to get this fix pls

    Xbox console says my account is permanently banned, the enforcement website says its a 14 day ban.

    If it's a permanent ban, there is no recourse. The ban willl never be removed under any circumstances for any reason. There is no one for you to even talk to about it since you're unable to sign in. If you can't sign in to enforcement to look, it's permanent. Otherwise, it's very likely a temporary suspension as the Enforcement site told the original poster.
    A lot of the time, that is quite right, yes...however, I have seen plenty of people posting on this forum who have received a non-permanent ban but have still been unable to access the Enforcement site. Seems it is very temperamental

    console banned and get no answer

    We have tried 3 different forums and got no reply from anyone! We did not received the email explaining why we were banned either. Have been unable to get an answer from anyone other than other users who have tried to be helpful but it still doesnt explain
    why the ban occurred. Alot of people are from the USA here and talk about contacting the BB but here in the UK I dont know who to contact as yet.

    They're so worried about pushing this *** dashboard update I think they've put all other issues to the side until after that launch, this issue along with the being banned and unable to talk issue have been going on for at least a month for most people.
    Microsoft has yet to come forth with and useful information or solutions, its both annoying and disappointing.

    Well you can say goodbye to being able to chat again even after ban is lifted, microsoft don't care about a known issue that has been going on for a year now and yet they still ban people knowing that they will not be able to talk even after the ban is lifted,
    SORT IT OUT, and the microsoft people replying here are idiots that don't have a clue either, they are puppets.

    Unfortunately, Xbox Support aren't involved in the enforcement process. So if the Enforcement Team were unable to give you answers, nobody here will be able to give you any either. They're the people to talk to when it comes to suspensions, warnings and
    bans.
