Unable to talk or join FRIENDS games

Nat is moderate

I can talk online without any issues UNTIL I add someone as a friend. Once they are a friend on my account I can not join their game or party. Static IP is setup. Every *** Xbox one port and even game specific ports are
open. I've deleted my profile from the Xbox one and ever factory reset my Xbox one.

Didn't have ANY issues using my 360. Down graded to a One and can't communicate with anyone on my friends list or join their game.

Anyone got an idea?

Dead Island Definitive Collection

Has anyone had issues trying to join friends playing this? trying to play dead island and it keeps coming up unable to join game yet it will join random players in seconds......

unable to join friends parties or games

restore factory defulits and then turn off your xbox for 1 min and then turn it on then connect to xbox live and then you should be ok

Hey there,

Is there any other friends you have had this type of behavior occur with, and are you the only person your friend has had issues connecting with? If this is only occurring with that one friend, it definitely sounds like there is a network issue between the
two of you.

Have both of you tried this over wired connection? For now, please try a wired connection (and have your friend do so as well) so we can eliminate if this is a wireless connection issue.

What we will need from both of you is the following information. Since this can possibly be an issue on their end, please have them post in this thread with the same information so we can try to narrow down which side this may be on. It's a lot of information,
but due to the complexity of troubleshooting connection issues with just one specific individual we need all the info we can get!

I was hoping for a little bit of support from a support forum, but I guess that's expecting too much these days.

When I try to join a multiplayer game on State of Decay 2 Juggernaut, it says unable to connect game- you must have a populated community to join the game. One friend was able to join but I can not. WHY?

As mentioned above it is most likely a NAT problem, i assume your NAT is Moderate or Strict. It needs to be set to Open to get the best chance of connecting to everyone.
