Unable to take screenshots or vids anymore

Unclear when this started occurring, but recently, I'm unable to take screenshots or vids.

When i double tape the guide button, there are NO button callouts for taking screenshots or videos. Is there an options that got turned off or something else affecting it?

I do have the win 10 app on my Pc

Can't load Upload clips when I try to delete them.

So I dont have enough space to record clips or take screenshots anymore. Whenever I try to delete them, the clips wont pull up or load, so I'm unable to delete them. Help?

Unable to load vids and screenshots

Have jit's recently brought an xbox one- all set up and transferred my live account from my 360. For some reason no screen shots will load or vids. Also there is no pictures at all in the store area. Blink box and now won't play either. HELP!!!!

Hi there, sounds like you may have changed your settings that allow vids and screenshots, can you confirm you have the correct option enabled? Go to settings>Preferences>Enable stream and captures.

Really I couldn't see any other reason as to why you wouldn't see the options, if the settings are enabled try a hard reset to see if it clears things up:

I tried to screenshot in multiple games but everytime i push Y after pressing the home button nothing happens at all. I checked my broadcast settings and everything is fine. For some reason it only allows me to record.

Hi, now it works again. I unchecked and checked "enable Game DVR/upload" couple times. And rebooted xbox.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
