Unable to sync games to cloud storage

Since yesterday I have been unable to sync any games to the cloud storage. When testing my network I get the following...."Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues"

According to Xbox Live Service Status yesterday there was a problem with "Social and Gaming" but last night it was showing "Normal" again. It is far from NORMAL as the problem still persists. Contacted "Support" but that was a waste of time, it is little
wonder that people get frustrated with Microsoft. Does anyone have any idea when hey are going to recognize there is still a problem and when it is going to be fixed?

Do you have Cloud Storage enabled?



Does your Cloud Storage show any games that aren't in sync?



Either manually sync your Cloud saves (you'll have to insert the game disc for each title which has out of sync saves), or log out of Live, install, then log back in.

Unfoetunately I wouldnt be able to tell you when the XBox Live issues will be resolved, however you should be able to check the status of XBox Live online or on their Twitter. I would recommend this for the most up to date info!

They are working on it!

Maybe give it a try by power cycle your console

 

Already tried that.....does not resolve the issue!

 

If you're still having an issue I would try power cycling your system again. Sometimes a second restart works on computers & consoles. After that if it's still not working try signing out of your account and signing back in (or removing and adding the
account back to the system). That should clear up the issue.

 

Have already tried all of the above and the issue of not being able to sync my saved games to the cloud still persists and I repeat when I test my network the following appears...."Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues",
so that would indicate to me the problem lies with Micrsoft and not my system.

 

There have been syncing issues for some users the past couple of days. All we know is that the proper teams are looking into it.

 

hi i had the same issue the cloud thinks or is full your option is to delete from a game u have save data on ur console for more space (The delete from everywhere) option sucks but its what u have to do if what i tell u to do dont work my username is my
