Unable to sync FIFA 16 data

Discus and support Unable to sync FIFA 16 data in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been playing fifa since its release date fine, but just now I tried to start it up and it takes ages to sync data and when it gets to 99% it...     Unable to sync FIFA 16 data


    I have been playing fifa since its release date fine, but just now I tried to start it up and it takes ages to sync data and when it gets to 99% it comes up with an error message saying something has gone wrong? help please

    Syncing data!

    Same problem, with fifa 16. Was able to sync data through using my phone as a wifi hotspot, but I shouldn't have to.

    Having the same issue on FIFA 16 also. I regularly use 2 consoles and it is a complete nightmare. It takes 20-30 minutes sometimes to get to 98% only to get a 'We are unable to sync your data' error. This is on a 200Mb Virgin Media connection.

    I'm in the same situation. Even been on the phone to an advisor today who told me to try using someone elses internet connection, remove the console from the preview program, factory reset. I've tried them all but made no difference at all! Very Frustrating!

    Haha well guess I'm not the only one then. I just saw on the support page though that people are having trouble accessing their cloud data. Now since I'm as technologically adept as your average turd, I'm not sure if this is connected but, wait and see if
    they fix that problem first. Just in case. Good luck pal.
