    ok spoke to the support people via chat and they were unable to solve the issue.

    ive been told that because it failed to sync that my save file is corrupt as it gets to 99% then says unable to sync data with the cloud code is (80004005)

    Deleted data from for a horizon 3

    try removing the save data from your console and restart Forza 3. It should automaticly sync your cloud save.

    save file corrupt

    I am trying to save tuning in Forza 4. I am being told that my save file is corrupt and to go to xbox dashboard and delete it and create a new one. Been trying and can't seem to figure out how. Could use some help!

    well seems to have sorted itself clicked try again and it loaded with all my stuff so relieved though id lost 40 million forza credits and all my tunes would have been furious

    Syncing data!

    Today I began to have this syncing problem with Forza 5. It starts but keeps trying ''Syncing data for Forza Motorsport 5'' Any advice of what to do??? I already tried a boot reset and unplugged the console for half an hour but this didn`t work.

    Next Month would buy Forza 6 but I have doubts now. Been playing forza 5 for a long time and don`t want to lose my data.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, there is no way for a support agent to see the contents of your cloud save. If you cleared the local save data, when you launch the game it automatically syncs with the cloud save. You would see syncing data.
    If it synced and the character is not there, your cloud save was overwritten due to may of been corrupt or deleted. You can reach out to Blizzard see if they can restore it also.

    However, if you been playing offline, and you deleted your local saves, then it is gone as it hasn't been uploaded to cloud.

    Data Syncing Problems!?

    Iv also been unable to play forza due to it failing to sync data, iv cleared the local saved data, mine gets stuck on 74% and then gives me an error code to put into xbox support, when i do that it says there is no such code.....going to do a powercycle
    and clear the cache and see if it works, i think xbox or turn 10 need to bring out a patch!! Since the porsche pack was released forza has stopped working.
