Unable to sync data Error

adter downloading the latest update my console is useless.

i am a preview member, but now wish I wasn't. I have lost all my gamer points, my saves, my profile, my friends, my favourites etc I literally might aswell have a black empty box under my tv.

i have tried playing and my Xbox 'can't sync saved data' for any games.

I have reset the console.

I have unplugged the console.

I have reset Mac settings.

I have re-installed my profile.

I have reset my router.

My Nat is set to open.

I have moaned on the forums.

I have reported two errors to Xbox.

I have left the preview programme.

I am not a happy customer.

Please put a sticky up as this appears to be quite a large problem and please someone from Xbox please acknowledge the problem and that they are promptly working on a fix.

two hours I've wasted, that I should have been playing online with my mates.

Cloud Sync seems to be having a serious problem

I should have said I get the same error as Wolverine - the 80004005 "we were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now"

Hello, Xbox are having some problems right now yes they are aware of this and are working on a fix.

The following are the problems: Accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage

Joining other Xbox Live members in online games

Managing friends lists and tracking what friends are doing

Sending text messages to other Xbox Live members

Unlocking achievements

Viewing achievements

Wow okay. The only other thing I can think to try is to see if you can install your profile on another Xbox One. I know this may be difficult but if you've preformed all the steps you've listed and still nothing works then maybe the console is having issues.
Have you run a network test? Do you get an error message from a network test?

"Try going offline, restarting your Xbox from the snap menu, then going back online after it starts up."

I started a different game & it asked me to go offline. I did, then restarted my xbox. When it came back up I was able to play online again

 

First thing this morning, still the same problem. Unplugged Xbox, took the kids to school, came back, plugged it back in and it appears to be working. Not sure what fixed it. But was unplugged for about twenty mins.

 

my friend is having the same problem. he can play only one game and its the one game he doesn't like.

he seems pretty frustrated
