    Unable to subscribe to xbox game pass ultimate


    Hello guys, i'm willing to subscribe to the xbox game pass ultimate as i play a lot in xbox and pc windows 10.

    I still have 36 months of subscription to xbox live gold, and i heard that they will convert into 36 months of xbox game pass ultimate.

    But when i want to buy 1 month of xbox game pass ultimate for 1$, it said

    "You have reached the limit of the possibilities of extension of a subscription. Depending on the product, it can be 2 to 5 years."

    Do any of you get the same error ? What can i do to fix it ?

    Thanks for checking, Gunnar. Are you subscribed to Xbox game pass Ultimate, or just Xbox Live? Ultimate game pass subscription includes Xbox live, and EA play. If you only have an active Xbox Live Gold, I am afraid you'll be unable to play the game.

    If you are already a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, then any Gold codes you redeem will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you are not an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber, then no, the Gold codes should not convert to Game Pass Ultimate.

    Seems like it's not asking you for a Game Pass but it's asking you to subscribe to an Xbox Live Gold subscription, the reason why Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is one of the options is due to the Xbox Live Gold included on the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    You will be needing to subscribe to either Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game, Ghosty2506.
