    Unable to Stream to Win10 PC


    Every time I try to stream my Xbox One console to my Win10 laptop through the Xbox App, I get an error saying that either the Xbox or the App is not up to date and that I need to update it to stream. However, I have checked both the console and the App,
    and both are up to date as far as I can tell. I ran Windows Update and checked the Xbox One drivers through the Device Manager so I have no idea what could possibly be updated at this point.

    Xbox One connected to Win 10 pc, but streaming (games) does not work

    I noticed that I was unable to play clips in Smartglass. I tried to install the Media Feature Pack, but I was unable to. I searched the internet and saw that I had to update Win10 first. After updating I installed the Media Feature Pack succesfully and I
    was able to stream. Next project will be connecting XBox 360 controller via wireless receiver on my pc and play XBox One games with it.

    if you mean direct streaming from xbox--> PC you have to connect your PC through the Win10 xbox app under "connect to your xbox one"
