unable to stream to console error.

I am aware of the work around but cannot always get to the xbox to hard reset. When in the app if you cannot stream you cannot reset from the xbox settings either. Has there been any progress to fix this bug? It happens multiple times per day and sometimes
prevents me from streaming totally.

Unable to stream

All I had to do was a Hard Restart / Full Reboot of my Xbox.

To do that, hold the power button on the xbox for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen.

 

Unable to stream

I've recently been using the xbox one streaming feature with absolutely no problems. Out of the blue, i was no longer able to connect to my xbox from the app. I can turn the xbox on from my computer, but when it tries to connect i get the message "We
couldn't connect to your console. Make sure the console is still on and connected to the same network as this device." It is by the way.

thanks, I have reported it multiple times. sometimes it seems to happen with the division when i am afk in the game and then connect.

 

I have tried to recreate this with the division and have not had the same problem. Are you trying to stream over LAN or WiFi?

made my 5g wifi exclusive to the laptop when at home. still get this problem a ton.
