    All of a sudden i cant stream on the xbox app. I have also noticed that my app is not up to date however i am unable to update it for some reason.

    Any idea? thanks!

    im trying to get on xbox live..i bought a new gold membership card and i put in the code and all it said was

    "can't retrieve information from xbox live please try again later"

    bu it has a status code

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Are you able to download the Xbox (beta) app from the Store? If so, does streaming in the beta app work as expected?

    I am having the same issue, I have connected to the beta version as well and not working on there either, it still comes up with the "unable to stream from your console, try again later" message
