    Hello, I am trying to stream to Twitch with my Xbox one, Using the Twitch App. Everytime I try to broadcast it gives me an Error Code: 788078D4, and reads: We're so sorry; something unexpected happened. X Dismiss. I have tried Hard Resetting my xbox,
    as well as my Modem/Router. I have tried uninstalling the App and re-installing it. Nothing seems to work! help!

    Have you tried contacting Twitch support for assistance. You could also try moving to Mixer since that is the current supported streaming app.
