Unable to start questionaire on Enforcement for review

This concerns an issue on the Enforcment part of Xbox Live.

Ive tried to start the questionnaire and without any luck. For some reason the website won't start the questionnaire. Ive been consulting a member of the tech helpdesk to find out a solution for this issue. Especially because I would like to apply for a
review of my sons communications suspension.

Retaliating online is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts. Rest assured that every report gets investigated before a suspension is issued.

Just make sure to compile the questionaire correctly to file for a case review

 

I agree! The website crashes! So you can't do nothing but they happily ban people.for no good reason but are quick enough to take your money!

Xbox support is no help Sewell that never seems to work always waiting for hours to talk to someone and please explain how you can't have a enforcment team to contact but they can happily ban people? Sort it out Xbox you are getting worse and worse

 

They don' do anything! I called called a prick and told to.**** off so I report and yet they are still playing makes perfect sense
