unable to start elite 2 repair/service

hi, i've been having problems with my elite 2 left bumper, so wanted to put it through a service before the warrenty runs but when i access said device, it won't allow me to input or use an address i have stored. so i can't have the service, any ideas of what i can do to fix it before the warrenty runs out,

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

Click on your console, then info and support and then Start Order to start the process of getting it repaired.
Use Accessory > Elite Series 2 Controller from the dropdown.
