Unable to start daily challenges

Discus and support Unable to start daily challenges in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Every time i've started the daily challenges the video freezes and i have to close the window? is anyone else having this problem?...     Every time i've started the daily challenges the video freezes and i have to close the window?

    sudoku keeps looping back to start

    When I try to play daily challenges sudoku, it goes back to daily challenge start screen. I click sudoku goes to sudoku click daily challenges and it goes back to microsoft daily challenges.

    Daily Challenges not downloading

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    There was a problem downloading Daily Challenge data. Please refer to error code: 016000

    Update to this thread. Now, I'm also unable to access Daily Challenges in Microsoft Mahjong. The error message was:

    The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

    Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.
