Unable to start chat/request call back with xbox support

Hi guys. As the title says I can't start a chat with xbox support, or submit the form to request a call back (uses the same layout.) The first and last name as well as email are auto filled because I'm signed in. I press "start chat" and the button turns
grey and nothing happens. Popup blocker is off. I've tried 3 different PCs on both chrome and edge, even internet explorer. I also even tried a family member's account. I tried on my iphone using data for a different IP address.

Randomly, twice in the last ~100 tries it's worked immediately.

Tried talking on the phone with support, no real help.

I have just tried to request a call back from Xbox Support, and it allowed me to punch in a case number. Where you able to fill in the second part of the online form?

If you was, and the Submit graphic icon was green, then you should have been able to submit the request for a call back.

Sometimes, I have noticed that the site displays the email address, and personal identifiable information. I believe it gathers this information from your Microsoft account, and anything you place on your Microsoft account at:
https://account.live.com

You can try again today to see if it works for you. If it does not let you submit a request for support, please try my method below.

Method 1 - Clearing your browsers cache

You can try clearing your browsers cache and cookies, and clear all of the meta date that is stored onto your computer/device over the time when using your web browser and accessing the Internet. For different browsers, the steps are different, which
is why I have gathered some instructions for you.

Internet Explorer

1. Open the Internet Explorer app
2. Please press alt + X
3. Navigate to Internet options
4. Under browsing history, please click onto the delete icon to delete your browsing history
   
5. Select cookies, download history, temp internet files and folders and any other items you wish to clear from your browser
   
6. Then click apply
7. Restart your Internet Explorer app, and try again

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Click onto the settings icon (Three dots in a line under the close app icon)
3. Click onto settings
4. Scroll down until you get to a setting called "Clear browsing data"
5. Select the data you wish to clear
6. Restart Microsoft Edge, and try the support page.

Cannot chat with support or request call back

I am trying to contact Xbox support. When I sign in with my account my email address is shown, but the name and last name fields are blank and greyed out, and so I am not allowed to submit my support ticket. Any help with this would be great!

Also request a call is only supports in certain regions

 

As I said I tried talking to them and they were no help.

And I'm US so it's supported here. The issue is the button greys out and doesn't actually do anything

 

Chat and request a call it's stillis the same thing

If they can't help you then noone can

So what is your exact issue

If it's an account issue only they can help you

If it's an impossible to ask thing like an unreasonable refund request then no noone can help you

If it's an enforcement issue noone that you can call can help you
